1. Acceptance
By using GeoClick you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
GeoClick is a platform to discover content creators and digital nomads by location on an interactive globe, see their public journey, read their posts, follow creators and save places. Browsing requires no account; following, saving places and creating a profile require signing in.
3. Minimum age and account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account and 18 to have a creator profile.
- The information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for the security of the email and Google account you use to sign in.
- Each person may have only one creator profile. Impersonating another person or brand is prohibited.
4. Creator content
Creators keep the rights to the content they publish and grant GeoClick a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content within the platform, solely to operate and promote the service. The licence ends when the content or account is deleted, except for copies already shared by third parties.
Creators are responsible for what they publish and confirm they hold the necessary rights to texts, images and content from connected networks.
5. Location and safety
Creators decide what to share: precision level, delay, hidden periods and invisible mode. We recommend reading the Location safety guide. Do not publish home addresses, private accommodation or information that would allow you or others to be located in real time.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Harassing, stalking, threatening or trying to physically locate creators or users.
- Posting illegal content, hate speech, violence, sexual content involving minors or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Collecting platform data in an automated way (scraping), or circumventing technical limits or privacy filters.
- Using the service for spam, fraud or to mislead the public about sponsorships.
7. Moderation
Anyone signed in can report profiles, posts and places. We may remove content, unpublish posts, withdraw badges or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, explaining the reason where possible. Creators can block users.
8. Connected networks
When you connect YouTube or Instagram, you are also bound by those platforms' terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time in the Studio.
9. Founding program and plans
Founding Creators benefits (such as 12 months of free Premium in Phase 2) depend on profile approval and on the plan being launched. In Phase 1 GeoClick is free.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Place recommendations are the creators' opinions; check information before travelling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoClick is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will give notice of significant changes. Mandatory laws of the consumer's country of residence apply; otherwise, Brazilian law applies. Questions: privacy@geoclick.app.
